Biography
Roger has worked within the strategic technologies team at Janet for over thirteen years. During this time he has managed the development of a wide ranging real-time technology portfolio including Internet Television, Videoconferencing and Telephony. At present Roger is managing the development of a telephony purchasing system to enable Janet customers to make significant cost savings by using Janet to deliver telephony traffic.
Abstract
Janet Telephony
To meet the needs of customers in a challenging financial climate, Janet is seeking to develop new products and services that help customers achieve savings. Janet is in the early stages of developing an innovative purchasing system, which will enable Janet customers to purchase technically sound, Janet connected telephony solutions from pre-approved telephony providers. In this session Roger will outline how the purchasing system can be used and describe what Janet has done to ensure any telephony services purchased via the system meets the varied needs of Janet customers.
